REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel the service, please inform me within 18 hours of placing your service request, full refund will be given after deducting transaction costs of the payment gateway. For Cancellation of service, send a message on WhatsApp.

 

  • The refund request will be considered after I’ve made significant progress on the requested consultation.

 

  • No refunds will be given or cancellation requests will be accepted after the service is completely availed. You will be receiving your ordered consultation through e-mail within the mentioned time if in case you haven’t already received the e-mail.

 

  • If I fail to deliver the service within 14-21 business days, I will give a full refund.
