Personally, I read both of the palms to come to a conclusion and this is what I recommend to everyone. You’ll experience that predictions are more accurate once you read both palms before reaching any conclusions.
I also read in ancient texts that the left palm/hand represents the past and the right palm/hand represents the present & future.

What are the love lines on a female hand?
Below the little finger, also known as kanishthika, and above the heart line you’ll see some small horizontal lines. These little horizontal lines are the Marriage Line, also known as the Love Line.
These love lines can vary in number, some people have only one line & others could have up to four or more! These lines represent the affection & deep feelings the natives have.
How do you check a woman’s marriage line in her hand?
First Identify the marriage line which is located below the little finger and above the heart line. Here you’ll see little horizontal lines coming from the edge of the palm.

Now, after analyzing the type of hand, you must analyze the heart line(Hridya rekha, the marriage line(Vivah rekha), and luck life (bhagya rekha). Along with the mount of Jupiter, the mount of Venus, and the mount of Moon.
You must see if there’s any bad sign or other issue like intersecting of lines, etc. And after confirming this you can calculate the age of marriage from the line of marriage.
For example, if the marriage line is right in the middle of the base of the little finger and the heart line then you will get married near the age of 25.
If the marriage line is closer to the heart line then you’re likely to get married before the age of 25. If the marriage line is above the middle of the base of the little finger and the heart line & closer to the base of the little finger then you’re likely to get married around the age of 28.

For analyzing the heart line, first, you have to identify the hand type as I discussed above, and then identify the heart line in the palm.
